Remote Online Notarizations

I can legally notarize documents no matter where in the world you are (as long as it pertains to business in the United States). I have notarized across the United States and in over ten countries. As long as you have the ability to communicate with me via audio visual means (similiar to a Zoom meeting), valid identification, and a stable internet connection  we can get your document notarized. Documents can be signed on a computer, tablet or smart phone (with a front facing camera). For more complex or multipage documents using a computer is recommended for ease of navigation. 

Remotely notarized documents are valid, However, this is a newer technology and many may not be aware that this service exists. Please check with the receiver of your document(s) to ensure that they will be accepted. After the session is completed you will receive your documents in a tamper proof PDF file. You can then email them or print them out.
