I am an experienced and professional full time witness closing agent that serves all of York County, as well as areas of Adams, Cumberland, and Dauphin counties.  I have a modern office with high speed cable internet, dual tray laser printer, and the capabilities to provide scans if requested.

I am an approved e-Notary with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I have my digital certificate and am available for hybrid, IPEN a nd RON closings. I have several independent platforms that I am currently working on and I would love to learn your platform of choice to better service your remote closings. I am certified by the National Notary Association and am background checked yearly.
