I love helping people with their notary needs and doing it where they are most comfortable, which is typically at their home. The option is always available to meet at a public location, your your office and now online.
Before a notarization can take place, the signer needs to present government issued identification. This includes a passport, driver's license or government issued nondrivers identification card, which is current and unexpired. A notary public may require an individual to provide additional information or identification credentials necessary to assure the notary of the identity of the individual.
I am NOT an attorney licensed to practice law in this Commonwealth. I am NOT allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.
